Coastal
Action Plans
Coastal Action Plans (CAPs) identify strategic directions and objectives
for use and development in a region. They provide for detailed planning
of the region or part of the region to facilitate recreational use and
tourism, and to provide for protection and enhancement of significant
features of the region's coast, including the marine environment.
